ALTYPIC offers its customers the possibility of purchasing holidays and gift vouchers online. The general terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer once he/she has completed the booking process for the holiday.
Tourist taxes are not included in the amounts indicated at the time of booking. They are charged per day and amount of CHF 3.00 per adult (from 16 years) and CHF 1.50 per child (6-15 years).
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation from the 14th day before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In order to avoid cancellation fees, we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
In the event of a refund following a cancellation, the credit card fee are not refunded.
In case of cancellation due to a positive COVID test or new restrictive measures for non-vaccinated persons, the usual cancellation conditions apply. We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover this risk.
A confirmed reservation can be moved to a later date at the request of the client. This request can be made free of charge provided that a cancellation is possible without charge (see cancellation conditions). If the change of date occurs within a shorter period of time, it can be treated as a cancellation (see cancellation conditions; the price of the reservation remains due, no refund possible).
In addition, a supplement may be charged if the new date corresponds to a higher rate.
ALTYPIC issues valuable gift vouchers, which can be used within a defined period of time. In order to use a gift voucher, the code mentioned on the voucher must be communicated to us at the time of booking. If the voucher code is unknown, it cannot be used. Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue (the date of booking is decisive). An extension of the validity period can be requested by e-mail.

During the Christmas and New Year period, the mayen is rented for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. During the high season (New Year, February, July and August) the price of the nights is increased by about 10%.
Animals are strictly forbidden.
A deposit of at least CHF 500.00 may be charged if damage is found 48 hours after departure. The client is responsible for any damage caused and will be sued for the amount of the damage repair according to the craftsman's invoice.
In its capacity as a payment intermediary, ALTYPIC brings customers into business relations with partner companies. In this respect, ALTYPIC accepts no liability for the services provided and is not liable for services provided by business partners that are not or only partially performed, unless the offer was inaccurate at the time the contract was concluded. ALTYPIC does not guarantee, but undertakes to ensure that the partner company provides the service in accordance with the offer published on the website. If the customer establishes that he/she has not received the service, he/she waives all claims of any kind, direct and indirect damages and claims for non-material damages against ALTYPIC, other than the reimbursement of the price paid for the offer. ALTYPIC does not provide any reimbursement in the event of force majeure. Customers are subject to the GTCs of the partner companies.
ALTYPIC may amend these GTC at any time, e.g. to adapt certain legal requirements or to take account of certain functional changes. If you do not agree with the amended T&Cs, you will unfortunately no longer be able to use our services.
The contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Sion.
